About

I am a Scot, born in America, long story, don’t ask. I lived in Scotland the first 12 years of my life. Moved to California, fell in love with volleyball, fell in love with basketball, fell in love with the captain of the varsity basketball team. 16 years later, two kids, two dogs and a tortoise our life has unfolded into quite the adventure. Family is everything to me, loyalty is in our DNA and don’t mess with a Scot. We like to keep it real here in my family and I’m not short on following that rule. I certainly do not claim to be perfect. I’ll even prove that to you in my mediocre “about” comments about myself. Flaws and all, here is my life under the purple veil, within purple walls, running in a purple pack and cheering on my purple pearl.
